Malbec: plum, blackberry

Merlot: berry, cherry, plum, spice, sweet

Pinot Noir: berry, cherry, plum, spice, earthy, sweet

Sangiovese: cherry, plum, strawberry, cinnamon, vanilla

Syrah (Shiraz): berry, plum, spice, sweet

Zinfandel: blackberry, raspberry, cherry, plum, raisin, oak





White:

Chardonnay: apple, pear, tropical fruits, melon

Pinot Gris (Pinot Grigio): pear, apple, lemon, melon

Pinot Blanc: citrus, melon, pear, apricot, hint of smokiness

Riesling: very sweet, apple, pear, peach, honey, spice

Sauvignon Blanc: citrus tropical fruit, herbal (grass, hay, veggies)
